Run windows in parallels and install VP9 and pinmame the usual way. Configure parallels to share mac osx folders with windows. parallels must use every processor and ram available. Configure parallels to run every bit of your hardware.

Close every application, run parallels and install the windows CD in parallels. I prefer XP because Vista is much bigger and will slow down your mac.
